On Sunday, May 27, the Augustinians of the Assumption of Old English Road recognized those Assumptionists celebrating 60 years or more as priests during a Mass of Thanksgiving in the Chapel of the Holy Spirit. They included: Fr. Oliver Blanchette, A.A. (74 years); Fr. Roland Guilmain, A.A. (65 years); Fr. Theodore Fortier, A.A. (65 years); Fr. Aidan Furlong, A.A. (65 years); Fr. Norman Meiklejohn, A.A. (64 years); Fr. Camillus Thibault, A.A. (62 years); Fr. Eugene Laplante, A.A. (60 years); Fr. Gerard Messier, A.A. (60 years).
