Assumption recently launched a completely redesigned and fully responsive website that showcases the institution in a comprehensive and user-friendly manner. This new site not only serves as a digital storefront, but for many prospective students and their families, it will influence their first impressions of Assumption.
This website, a key priority of Assumption’s strategic plan, Light the Way 2020: Building on Foundations of Excellences, was an 18-month project executed by a small team of staff. The project is a critical component in the effort to attract new students in an increasingly challenging higher education landscape.
Some of the many features of the new website include: a remarkable mobile viewing experience; profiles of successful and inspiring alumni that demonstrate the value and effectiveness of an Assumption education; informational and student profile videos that explain the Light the Way concept and share how assumption has impact students’ lives; newly designed faculty profile pages that highlight their scholarly accomplishments; and academic program pages that effectively share a wealthy of information about Assumption’s numerous academic opportunities.
